Returns/Exchanges:
In the event you are not happy with your purchase, items may be returned for exchange or refund. Customers must pay all return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. Exchanges and returns must be received in original, unused condition and postmarked within 14 days of the initial shipping date. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving returned products. Customers are responsible for any lost returns/exchanges, so we strongly encourage using a traceable shipping method.
